53% of Sh. Bilehfahi Harbor Project completed: MTCC

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) stated that 53% of Bilehfahi Harbor development project is completed.

According to MTCC, construction of the quay wall was completed on October 30, 2021, and currently installation of harbor pavement is ongoing.

Under the project, the company has to dredge 24,125 cbm; construction of a 376m breakwater; a 98m quay wall; installation of 1,150 sqm paved area and installation of street lights.

The value of the project is MVR 28.42 million.
