Kelaa Council has announced that they are looking for interested parties to construct a Local Market at Kelaa’s harbour area on a contractor finance design and build basis.
According to the announcement by council, interested parties must attend the information session regarding the bid on November 4, 2021, at 1300hrs. And to submit proposals before November 18, 2021.
Moreover, council requests to complete bid registration by visiting the Secretariat of Kelaa Council between October 26 to November 04 during official working hours. Furthermore, bids can be submitted only if they have a valid business registered at the Ministry of Economic and Development.
Currently, construction of a new Fish Market in Kelaa is underway.
