Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that Development of Faresmaathoda Airport is continuing at full steam.
According to MTCC, under the project to develop Gdh. Faresmaathoda Airport, they have completed the sub-base and subgrade works of 1200 meter airport runway, taxi way, apron, fire pad and fire road. And work on the terminal building’s columns is currently underway.
The project has been contracted to MTCC with a budget of MVR 144.88 million.
MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports and harbors.
