Bidding open for designing Kumundhoo nature park concept and conducting an EIA

HDh. Kumundhoo council is looking for interested parties to design Kumundhoo’s nature park (Vaisaraa) concept and conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Zeeru Sports, a subgroup of Kumundhoo’s Revival Initiative, established Vaisaraa nature park in Kumundhoo’s Mangroves and handed it over to council on 05^th September 2020.

The group built a 12 × 12 feet hut and a 60-feet bridge connecting the hut.  Also a 12 feet bridge to cross the water. They’ve also installed swings and wooden benches. It’s also created in a way that visitors can canoe through the waters so they can experience the beauty of the park.

Moreover, according to the announcement, an information providing session will be held at the Secretariat of Kumundhoo Council on September 13, 2021. Further, they have stated that bids can only be submitted if they register for bidding at the council.

Bid registration will be open between 0900-1300hrs from 02nd September to 09th September, 2021. Also Bid registration can also be done by mailing to council’s email [email protected]
