Four plots of land near the harbor area of Ha. Dhidhdhoo to be leased for 15 years

Ha. Dhidhdhoo council has decided to lease unused four plots of land near the Harbour for 15 years.

The four plots of land to be leased are Violet 4 (1039.5 square feet), Violet 5 (1000.5 square feet), Violet 6 (1070.5 square feet), and Violet 7 (1992.38 square feet).

As per the council, these plots will be leased in accordance with council’s rules governing the leasing of unused lands plots in the Harbour region, which were established in 2021.

Moreover, as per the announcement, bidding books will be available from the Secretariat of Dhidhdhoo Council for MVR25 from August 22nd to September 02nd, 2021, between 0900 and 1200 hours on working days.

In addition, according to the announcement, they have also requested that the money for the bidding book be transferred to their account 7714 700364 001 (Revenue 1) and the slips be sent by Viber to 7285567.
