HA. Dhidhdhoo’s Middle Sports Club has gifted four benches to HA Atoll Education Center to be used in the open area.
According to their official Facebook page, “this encourages students to read outside and have interactions with peers in a relaxed environment.”
The pupils had been staying at home for a long due to the covid-19 pandemic. The Middle Sports Club’s assistance will enable children in becoming engaged to one another after long days.
Middle Sports Club has undertaken several initiatives to support Dhidhdhoo’s development, including, changing the interior of the Pediatric ward of Ha. Atoll hospital to a more child friendly place, donated dustbins to the island etc.
HA. Dhidhdhoo Middle Sports Club is a functioning body of youth working towards the empowerment of locals and actively advocating for the right causes, including environmental awareness.
