The transition report was discussed with the newly elected President and Members of the Sh.Atoll Council.
According to Sh. Atoll council , The virtual meeting was held on May 10th, 2021, at 10 a.m. The transition committee, which includes director general Mohamed Hameed, assistant director Mohamed Hassan, and Hamdhoon Naseem, met with newly elected members to discuss the transition report.
Past presidents and vice presidents of the council, as well as council members, expressed their perspectives during the meeting.
The newly elected president and council members were welcomed by the former council president and council members during their speeches.
They also raised a number of points, including the need for all islands to have equal opportunity when it comes to development activities, as well as taking responsibility for the work left by the previous council in various divisions and striving to improve or meet a level of excellence.
Furthermore, the president of the council should cooperate with members of the council to improve the division development.
