Due to the strict measures taken by Health Protection Agency (HPA) to control covid-19, Ooredoo requests to get there services online.
They have closed there experience centers as well and is providing 24hours services via “My Ooredoo” mobile application and from the digital centers.
Services provided by “My Ooredoo” mobile application includes, recharging pre-paid bills, utility bill payments, customer services, upgrading post-paid and super-net plans. Moreover, through m-faisaa, customers can transfer money to friends and family. And “Moolee” application can be used for business transactions.
Ooredoo digital centers also can be used for recharging, bill-payments and deposit m-faisaa. Currently there are seven digital centers of Ooredoo.
Other than Male’ and Hulhumale’, digital centers are opened in Gn. Fuvahmulah, H.dh Kulhudhufushi, L.Gan, S.Hithadhoo and G.dh Thinadhoo.
