Many Roads of Dhidhdhoo to be Changed to One-way Streets

The island’s council have stated that work is now underway to change a number of the newly constructed roads in the island to one-way streets.

The roads to be converted to one-way streets are:

– Rabee Hingu (East to West)

– Mirihi Magu (West to East)

– Dhannaa Kaleyfaanu Magu (West to East)

– Hiyy Faseyha Magu (South to North)

The council is now preparing to install the traffic sign posts along these roads. After the work is done, the date to officially bring the change would be announced, the island council further noted.

A total of 17 roads, stretching for 4.5 kilometers have been constructed by the government in the island.
