3 parties shows interest to build city hotels in Kelaa

3 parties have actively shown interest to build city hotels in Ha. Kelaa.

Upon the notice put up by the council of the island, the council has stated that so far, 3 parties have shown interest to build and develop a city hotel in Kelaa’s land dedicated for tourism.

The information has also been confirmed by the Majilis member of the constituency Mr. Ibrahim Shareef (Kelaa Ibrey). The council has put up a notice on last month’s 15th while the notice’s deadline was last week.

Kelaa Ibrey has also stated that today is a very joyful and happy day for the people of the island since most of their dreams are coming true regarding the tourism industry on the island.

Upon asking some questions by “Thiladhun” he further stated that, the development of a city hotel at Kelaa would provide abundance of job opportunities for the island and neighboring islands as well. This would also bring immense wealth to the island as well, he added.

Kelaa council has decided to use a big space of the island to develop and increase the income of the island by allocating the space for tourism.
