Maldives Police Services has conducted information giving sessions in R.Fainu and R. Kinolhas.
The series of providing correct information to the society, police has been actively working to deliver the correct procedures and message to the communities in the islands.
Police stated that the following program to Fainu and Kinolhas was delivered on the 26th of November. During the information delivery sessions, the police acted separately and visited the houses on both the islands to deliver the messages.
The information sessions includes on how to report a crime, if a crime happens and how to preserve the environment of the crime and also the importance of reporting the crime as soon as possible. Moreover, the police also emphasized on to always listen to the island councils, and their guide lines, and while using land and sea vessels to always abide by the rules as well.
The two islands police has also started to create a register of land and sea vessels present in the island via a mobile application as well. The whole program for both the islands were created by a joint effort between R. Inguraidhoo and R. Dhuvaafaru police station.
